Had an older unit that was starting to show its age with needed repairs. Rob has been out a few times and was always able to get it back working. After a suggestion that it was time for an upgrade to a new unit we put one in. This may be the best quality service we've ever experienced. Rob and Barbara are top quality. Barbara was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant when she took all the information about our a/c units and Master Cooler and scheduled us promptly within a few days for preventive maintenance. And Rob who came to service the equipment was knowledgeable, thorough, professional and willing to answer all our questions. He also took the time to educate us on how to run the Master Cooler to our best advantage and when to switch to the a/c. Expect this will be the best money we spend all year.
