What to Expect From Maintenance Service
Here is what you can expect when you join our Maintenance Plan.
AC Maintenance
- Clean and inspect evaporator and coil and drain pan when readily accessible
- Thoroughly clean or replace the system’s air filter
- Lubricate moving parts such as motor and fan bearings
- Clean, level, and calibrate thermostat
- Inspect, tighten, and test all electrical connections, including disconnect switch
- Inspect all system electrical wires, connectors, and terminals
- Measure starting and running amperes, line voltage, and control voltage
